Other important information

Gift Certificate Holders: All certificates purchased before 26 Jan 2024 are not required to match our 2024 price list (unless purchasing a top-up item for Soma Healing). The rate on your certificate is what we’ve promised. If unsure, book the session without paying in advance and check in with us via email.
COVID-19 Safety Measures: To avoid mingling, we urge that you arrive for your appointment alone.
Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel the appointment, that is completely understandable and we will respect your decision. We ask for your early notice (at least 24 hours in advance) for us to open up the slot for other clients. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before your appointment) or no-shows will be charged a fee of $50.
